E-book Feedback

I took the course for this E-book. This course provided a valuable foundation for conducting effective parent-teacher conferences. The role-playing exercises were particularly helpful in practicing different communication styles and addressing challenging situations. I especially appreciated the section on active listening techniques and strategies for building rapport with parents. The handouts summarizing key communication strategies and potential scenarios were excellent resources I'll continue to refer to throughout the year.
